What are your payment options?
We accept visa or mastercard through our secure website. EFT or bank deposit is also available.
What are your postage costs?
Chaos Kids currently charges a flat Australia wide postage fee of $7.95 per order.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Once an order is received and payment accepted, your goods will be posted within 3 working days, so in most cases they should arrive to their destination within 7 working days. We are happy to express post if you require something in a hurry, however this will incur an additional $5 charge.
Are your sizes 'true'?
All of our stock carry 'true' Australian sizing. If there is an item which we feel is not a 'true' size, this will be added to the description of the product. Please feel free to contact us via the website if you have any questions or require any further size measurements.
Do you 'drop ship'?
Drop ship refers to your purchase being sent to an address different to yours. If you request drop ship for an item that is a gift, we will happily remove all price tags for you. We can also gift wrap for an additional $2.50.
