By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of sale.

Chaos Kids will not sell, rent or make available the personal information collected on our website to any third party. Customers details are stored within a password protected database, and the purpose of collecting your personal information is for the processing of your order and the ease of the automation of this online store.

All prices quoted are current and include all relevant taxes including GST, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are addedd during the checkout process and as currently set at a flat rate of $7.95. All goods sold by Chaos Kids are shipped via Australia Post and are limited to those areas serviced by Australia Post. Delivery time will vary anywhere up to 7 days depending on the area.

In the event that an item can not be supplied at the time of order, we will email you with notification of an estimated time of delivery. You will have the option to accept this delay or choose a suitable alternative of the same value.

If you find a product defective, please email, fax or telephone us within 7 days to arrange to return the goods for an exchange. A refund will only be offered if we are unable to supply the exact same goods in exchange.
